EMAIL UPDATE SERVICE

We will shortly be offering a weekly email service which will provide a copy of the forthcoming week's pewsheet and any other relevant news. There is also the option to receive "emergency" emails should we have to cancel an event at short notice for example.

If you would like to receive either, or both emails, please use the Contact Us form HERE and indicate whether you wish to receive 'news' or 'emergency' and we will add you to the list. You can stop receiving the emails by simply telling us.

On Sunday 19th October we gathered as a Parish at Burythorpe House Hotel to discuss the way forward for our churches over the next year or so. Many ideas were shared and the ones committed to paper may be found in the document linked below. Thank you SO much to all who came along and took part. 

In November...

On Sunday 2nd November at 4pm at St Andrew, Langton we will be holding our All Souls Service to celebrate the lives of those we have loved and lost, through prayer and the lighting of candles. All are very welcome to join us.



On Saturday 15th November at 3pm at Ryedale Vineyard we will be celebrating

St Martin’s Day with the Blessing of the Vines and prayers of thanks for God’s bounty.

Refreshments will be available afterwards.

Please invite your friends and neighbours to come along and join at these services.

CHRISTMAS EVENTS CARD

Following the success of last year’s Christmas Events Card, Iain will be collecting information about any events happening in December to publish at the end of November.

As you start to think about village celebrations, please let Iain know and it will be advertised on the card. This is not restricted to church events and you are welcome to advertise Christmas Fairs, coffee mornings, festivals and so on.
